Want to get better at public speaking, singing, or playing your instrument? There’s no better way than to help lead in worship. Don’t worry–there are other ways to lead and serve too, if you don’t like being in front of people.
CPC youth are integrated into the life of the church in many ways. They serve as greeters, ushers, scripture readers, musicians, and even on committees and work groups doing the core ministries of the church.
Middle and high schoolers who need service hours for school are encouraged to contact our Children’s Ministry Director to learn about volunteer opportunities.
Our youth participate in mission experiences both locally and out of town. Here are a few examples of ministries we’ve partnered with for learning and action over the last few years:
Blue Theology Mission Station
Students Helping Honduras
WIND Youth Services
March For Our Lives
Glide Memorial Church
Sierra Service Project
Harvest Sacramento
